Building a Refuge: One Story at a Time - - Men's Mental Health Forum

Come to a "REFUGE" where men can be vulnerable and open about mental health struggles and general life battles.  You will get to hear Bob Kravitz moderate a group of speakers who have powerful stories.  Our goal is to get men to open up and admit they have struggles and for men to breakdown the walls of the stigma associated with mental health illnesses.  Suicide isn't the answer and help is out there!

Appropriate for 16years + to attend.

Breakfast and lunch will be served.  8am-12noon at Fishers High School Cafeteria...more to come on this exciting event.

Appalachian Trail for Mental Health

Help Derick Walsh, an amazing student at IUPUI, as he hikes the Appalachian Trail in support of mental health. He will be hiking 2200 miles from Georgia to Maine on the spine of America's oldest mountain range. Donations go directly to The Peyton Riekhof Foundation for Youth Hope to support our mission of reducing youth suicide in our community and to fund next year's high-school programs.
